Cancellation and refunds

• 7 or more days before the class: full refund.
• Less than 7 days before the class: no refund, but you're welcome to send someone in your place. Just let us know their name.
• For Junior Chefs, the 7 days are counted from the Monday the week starts.
• If we have to cancel a class, you'll receive a full refund.

To cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us with your confirmation code.

Junior Chefs waiver

Junior Chefs Participation Waiver and Release (DRAFT)

I understand that cooking activities involve the use of knives, heat, stoves, ovens, and other kitchen equipment, and that there is a risk of cuts, burns, and other injuries. Pamela's Cooking with Class will provide age-appropriate instruction and supervision.

I confirm that I have listed all of my child's known food allergies and medical conditions. I understand that the kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy, and that cross-contact cannot be completely ruled out.

In an emergency, I authorize Pamela's Cooking with Class to seek medical treatment for my child if I or my emergency contact cannot be reached.

On behalf of myself and my child, I release Pamela's Cooking with Class and its instructors from liability for injuries arising from ordinary participation in the class, except those caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

My child will only be released to me or to an adult I have listed as authorized to pick up.
